I've been designing webpages for a little over two years. I launched my first site in November of 2002. I used Geocities pagebuilder then *shudders*, but eventually I began to learn html on my own, with the help of a few tutorials here and there. :) I've begun to learn quite a bit about php too. I've been working with Photoshop since about 1998. :P

I like good design, nice colors that don't clash, and good blending. I also look at how much content there is and the quality of it. I will look at if your site is compatible with Fire Fox and Internet Explorer. I will rate more on quality of content than anything else, and how much effort it looks like you've put into your site.

Profanity, slash, arrogance, fangirl shrines, neon colors, crappy blends, poor coding, autoplay background music, anime layouts, and rudeness. I also hate it when people have almost nude celebrities plastered all over their sites.
