you chose very nice colors. also a
very nice character for your
layout. this layouts may inspire
other layout makers and website
designers how to choose the right
colors and models.

Loaded fast but hardly any
content.. try to work on that. and
the font is horrid. you have to
strain your eyes. It is really
messed in firefox.. there are
scroll bars everywhere. and the
layout is too long. try to recode
the entire layout.

I like the layout and it loaded
very fast for me. I don't
like the font however. With it
being all italicize it kind of
makes me have to strain my eyes.
Leave the font "normal"
Other than that everything is all
good ^_^

it loaded quickly on dial-up...that
was a plus! the oranges and yellows
look great on the page, but when i
was reading your text, my eyes
crossed up (i think that was mostly
me). you are doing a great job.
advice? change the font colors and
make all of your pages match.

Took a while to load. Header image
is nice but way too huge and
overwhelming, and the three images
of beyonce are a little redundant.
First of all, you shouldn't be using iframes, especially when you don't even use them for the content. You could use php includes just as easy and it would look better and get rid of the wasted space. on your "me" popup, I can't read the text on that background at ALL. The font's too small and the background is too busy. The background on the main site is aliased and it makes my screen flicker as I scroll down...bad thing.
Everything is just way too trendy for me. There's very little that would make me want to come back, sorry. I'd work on making the coding better and everything more readable, bigger font and less distracting backgrounds.

"I know everyone doesn't
use IE but you'll need it to
view this site PROPERLY."
Big. turnoff. I'm not breaking out IE, for you, sorry. Mostly because you know not everybody's using IE, and your site is still only viewable in it.
It' s fairly okay, design-wise. Nothing spectacular, but nothing overly horrendous, either. Apart from the whole Mozilla-thing. Pretty standard popstar layout and brushes. The colors do go well together, though, I'll give you that. Your subpages, however, firstly don't match the rest of the site (a trait I personally don't like), and secondly is completely impossible to see in Mozilla. This is no little bug. Nor is this a problem you couldn't fix if you wanted to.
Your blog... I like being able to see more than one entry to get a better impression of what kind of person I'm dealing with. It also leaves a lot of dead space at the bottom. The content isn't all that interesting, you sound like an average teenager ranting about average family frustrations. *shrug* Once again, nothing horrendous, but certainly nothing spectacular.

Your sites really cute, I love the
layout it's really pretty. The
colors are amazing!
On the me page..the text is almost IMPOSSIBLE to read against that background, and you should make it so the bg is fixed or use a transparent iframe or something ontop of that image because in Firefox is scrolls. But like I said the font is impossible to read.
Hum..well after looking at all the content pages they all seem to be like this...I guess everything you have is made for IE...and I can probably guess your using a backshadow on the text or something no? That only works in IE.
But everything is extremly well done, the graphics are beautiful..it's just that IE only coding that throws me off ^^

Yeah... I know it is kind of hard to read. Mmm, it is fixed in IE but I don't know how to make it fixed in FF. I've tried already but nothing. The backshadow doesn't show for the links in FF so it doesn't matter that much. Well to me it doesn't.

So much space, so little font. Are
you afraid of readable fonts? ;)

Lol i've been thinking of having a bigger font but it doesn't look that good. I might change it soon.

I don't know what Sammie is
talking about, the coding is
fine... I like the blend a lot.
Good job.

Sammie was talking about the two layouts before (on the Hilary Duff one) and that now I know how to make the codes fine on both IE and FF. This layout was just one I recently updated. Thanks. :)

I'm not a fan of Hilary Duff,
but that blend is cute. I love the
colors too. But like previously
said, the right frame doesn't
show and the left one is short. It
looks great in IE however.

I personally really like the header
image. Too bad your blog
doesn't show in FF. Also in
FF, the left iframe is really
short. In IE, the links are really
unreadable but they look good in
FF!

i think the image without the
little hilary's all over it
would have been best. the text on
your image isn't my favourite
either. in mozilla your content bar
scrolls to the side, and your blog
doesn't show up. you
can't expect ALL your viewers
to use IE.

"you can't expect ALL your viewers to use IE. " Err, I know that, someone said that already. I don't know why the blog doesn't show up in Mozilla, so I don't know wtf to do to make it work properly on FF.

I personally think on the top image
you should have just had the yellow
blend, instead of the seperat
pictures on top. It looks kind of
weird how it is now.

i like the layout! The main graphic
is quite nice and the colors are
cute. i dont like the huge black
border around it though. its too
blunt and looks bad. i dont like
the text on your image, maybe learn
some overlay modes or something. it
doesnt look right and sticks out.
your links are very hard to read

I do know how to overlay. And I did fix the links to a darker colour about five times already.

I do like the yellow, but nothing
really makes me want to come back
to the site again. The blend is
nice, except for the parts where
you just cut off her legs. The
background didn't load at
first, I had to refresh to see it.
It looks horrible in Mozilla. I
recommend that you validate your
css and coding. It will do you
good.

I don't... even see a blog
area. There is only the left
iframe. Am I missing something?
I'm sorry, but you really
can't expect everyone to use
IE, dear. *Points to you "BEST
VIEWED IN .." statement* And
the blend is kind of busy. And the
bright yellow is evil.

I don't know what happened to the blog on the right side. I have no idea how to fix the iframes for Firefox, and I have seen what it looks like.

I'm not a big fan of
'blends+blogs' but you
did it well :)
The font is a bit hard to read on my laptop though..

Layout is very cute. With some more
work it would be very nice. In
netscape your tables are messed up.

Layour makes me feel sick, sorry
its not nice. Hillary Duff is vile,
the yellow hates me and I hate it

Nice layout [even though I dislike
Hilary Duff - -;;], but it scrolls
a bit on 800x600 resolutions.
Overall, though, great job.

well..the layout is certainly
great..it's just you
don't have any content (yet)
:(

i agree with fallsofast, it is
really a mess, but the header is
nice work on the coding a bit if
possible.

I like his blend! The colors are
juicy but you might want to use a
slightly darker color for your
links.

The coding is really bad in
Firefox. The image is nice, but the
background to the PSD's and
the border look really crappy.

Im not a big fan of hilary either
but the image affects you created
are very well done. Great work

color scheme. Haven't seen a
yellow layout in awhile. :D

Hiya Antz. :) Anyways, I don't
really think there's a point
to the splash page, the main layout
looks nice though even if I hate
Good Charlotte. Check your coding
in Mozilla Firefox though.
Posted: 05/12/2005
Posted: 05/12/2005
I didn't exactly see the point
in the splash page either, maybe
add fanlistings or something there
other than just a plain image.
There are a ton of scrollbars all
over your layout too so you might
want to check that in firefox.
Basically just check your coding,
the design is ok.

Posted: 05/12/2005
Looks completely messed up in
Firefox, scrollbars everywhere, may
want to recode the layout. I agree,
that splash page is useless. But
the header looks nice.
Posted: 05/12/2005
Posted: 05/12/2005
Pointless splash page... background
repeats in FF, your page scrolls
down really far but your content
doesn't extend down that
far... what's up with that?
Pretty pointless as well. The main
blend seems a little TOO busy, I
still like it though, even if GC is
over-rated.
