I like the layout overall, although I think that the main content area could do with more line-height, and the way the links become invisible on hover doesn't really appeal to me. Why not make them black or something, instead?

The information on you is good, but you could SO do more with this. First of all, talking about all the issues you have is not exactly a great topic to focus "about you" on, but a good two thirds of the writeup is about eating disorders, depression, and social phobia. By emphasising these things so much, you're going to turn people off, making them think, "Eh, she just wants pity" or something. Try to write more about the positive parts of your life, have a subpage for some childhood stories, a subpage for your family, and a subpage for eating disorders and social phobias and stuff too, of course, just don't make it so prominent. We want to read about YOU, not all the problems you have =)

The rest of the content was just domain and exits, which it's pretty hard to go wrong with :P

Since a lot of the visitor's focus will be on the journal, I thought I should just make a few points.

-readable, intresting overall, buuttt....
-I think you need more flow between entires. For example: Today you have to call the gynecologist and the neighbour. Why? The entry before that just talks about Vanity Fair, Depression, and then a bit of Italian. In other words - expand. It's hard to be intrested and follow on your life if no one knows what's going on. Reading about a Vanity fair rant is ok, but reading about neighbous and gynecologists is a bit of a "So what?" thing unless we've kind of been following your life.

Yep.
